Okay, this is dip number 3 that I made to enjoy with Beer Flats (the amazing dipping cracker). The smoked salmon is amazing with the Porter Beer Flats (these have a delicate caraway flavor that compliments the salmon). All you need is a food processor, some yummy ingredients, and 10 minutes. Here’s how.
Smoked Salmon Dip/Spread
(Pictured with thin mint hummus and beer flats as part of my girls night)
Ingredients:
4 oz smoked salmon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed (or 2 Tbsp dried)
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with crackers.

My recipe is very similar to this Marilyn. I think the only difference is I add a squirt of lemon juice. Very yummy.
