This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and DripDrop®, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #DrinkDripDrop #DripDropHydrates http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
It’s Groundhog day and Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow which means 6 more weeks of winter. On one hand, I’m thinking “Ugh..more cold and dreary days ” but on the other hand, I’m thinking, “more time to get in shape for spring!” This also means that I am one month into this year’s goals of adapting a healthier lifestyle.
My list of healthy lifestyle “to dos” include getting plenty of rest, eating more fruits & vegetables, and exercising 3 times a week. Are these on your list too? Well, I must admit that there is one VERY important thing I forgot to add: stay hydrated. This is so important because dehydration can cause fatigue, headaches, lack of focus, and decreased performance (athletic and at work)! With this in mind, check out my 3 workout essentials for 2015: shoes with great support (although a bit worn), reusable water bottle, and CVS DripDrop.
Now, you may think that my “stay hydrated” goal can be obtained by having a goal of consuming 8 glasses of water each day. And, while that’s good, adding DripDrop to 8 ounces of water hydrates 34% better than water alone. Especially after a workout!
You too, probably have workout shoes and a water bottle but DripDrop Hydration powder..you’re probably scratching your head wondering where you can find this. Last week, I was at my local CVS store and I found Lemon Flavor DripDrop in the baby aisle (DripDrop also comes in Natural Berry flavor).
Each box comes with 8 individual packets. These are perfect for on-the go use. All you need to do is dissolve one package in 8 ounces of water. It’s good for up to 6 hours (or 24 if kept refrigerated). Super duper easy!
Don’t take my word on how this product compares to other re-hydration products. Here’s the back of the box. Looks like a great formulation. Oh, and if you like lemonade, you’ll enjoy Lemon DripDrop.
One of the challenges I face is arriving someplace and realizing that I left something at home. When I exercise, this is often times a hair tie, my water bottle, and now DripDrop. So, I decided to create a no-sew DripDrop holder using a hair tie, felt, & hot glue, that attaches to a water bottle. Now, 3 items that I need to remember turned into just one! Here’s to no longer arriving at the gym and thinking, “darn, I left ____ at home!”
To help you stay hydrated in 2015, I’m happy to offer you a coupon for $1.00 off with the purchase of any ONE (1) box of DripDrop Hydration Powder available 1/25/15 – 2/21/15 (while supplies last).

Oh, and this product is safe for children over 1 year of age along with adults. So why don’t you pick up a box and keep it in your medicine cabinet to help keep your family hydrated should they become ill.
Here’s to staying healthy and hydrated 2015!
