As with all spices, store cumin in an airtight container and place in a dry, cool area, away from light. Cumin goes well with beans, lentils, peas, chicken, eggplant, fish, lamb, pork, sausages, eggs, chili, soups, stews, couscous, potatoes, rice, curries, Mexican dishes.
Pick up some ground cumin today. Then, make a batch of hash browns and spice with a bit of cumin, black pepper and salt. I’m sure this will be the start of your love affair with cumin!
