Individual Lemon Blueberry Trifles
Doesn’t this look absolutely delish? And it’s super easy too! Here’s what you need.
- 1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix (plus eggs, oil and water)
- 2 packages instant lemon pudding and pie filling (plus milk)
- 2 8-oz tubs of frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- clear drink glasses
Following the directions on the back of the box of cake mix, prepare your cake (cooking in a 9×13 pan). Let cool. Once your cake is completely cool, cut in to small, bite-sized squares.
Prepare your pudding mix according to your package directions and place in the refrigerator until thick and ready to use. Then gently fold in your two containers of whipped topping so that you create an air lemony mousse.
Take a clear cup (I used a disposable drinking cup) layer your ingredients: cake, then mousse, then blueberries, and repeat. Doesn’t it look super yummo?
