Show of hands, how many of you are fish lovers and how many of you turn your nose up at fish? Okay, of those who don’t like fish, how many of you only had fish that comes from a can, like tuna? How many of you stop by the fresh fish display and die when you see the prices? Well, I’ve got some solutions for you!
First off, fish is amazing but there are a few rules you should follow. The most important rule is fish should NEVER smell fishy. If it does it’s old and, trust me, will not be super yummy. Fresh fish should have virtually no smell.
Second, check out the frozen section. Now, I never would have told you this a few years ago but things have changed. Most times, when you purchase a package of frozen fish, each fillet is individually wrapped. It seems that this process really is like a flash frozen one that makes for quality fish.
Third, start your journey into loving fish by trying a mild white fish, like flounder. However I know this can be expensive so I’d like to introduce you to ……
