Do you enjoy getting new crafting toys? You know the stuff I’m talking about: sewing machines, jewelry tools, knitting needles, crochet hooks and oh so much more! Of course, probably the most coveted crafting toy these days is the Silhouette cutting machine (Cameo or Portrait). If you don’t have one, I’d keep my eyes opened for giveaways and promotions. You never know, you might win one of your own!
Thankful Place Cards
I think they turned out nicely and trust me…they are ssssssoooooooo easy to make. Are you ready to make some for yourself?
Supplies:
- Blank Index Cards
- Silhouette Sketchpens
- Silhouette file/art (Click HERE for the file I used)
Since I am a newbie to using sketch pens, I looked up a bunch of tutorials. I found this great youtube video that you can watch by going HERE. Just replace the cutting blade with a sketch pens. Place the index card onto your cutting mat as indicated in the Silhouette program.
Simply fold your newly sketched index card in half and you will have this fun place card! I think it will definitely add that special touch to our Thanksgiving table this year.
