I have a soft spot for fresh baked bread right out of the oven. I think it takes me back to my childhood when I used to come home from school and my mom had made fresh baked zucchini & banana breads. Well, I cane across this recipe for easy pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and I was totally blown away! Why? Because,t hey only had 3 ingredients. Yup 3. These cookies looked amazing and I thought, “what if I adapt it and make some pumpkin bread?” Here’s how it turned out!
OMG, you would never guess that something so easy to make would be so incredibly delicious. Your friends and family will think you slaved all day in the kitchen….but it’ll be our little secret at just how easy this is to make. Three Ingredient Pumpkin Bread

A super easy pumpkin bread recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Can pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Preheat you oven to 350 Degrees F.
- Grease 1 loaf pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, sift together the cake mix and pumpkin pie spice.
- Add the pumpkin pie and mix. Your batter will be very thick.
- Transfer your batter to the greased loaf pan and smooth with a spatula to ensure your batter is level.
- Cook for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!

I wonder if you could substitute sweet potatoes? My kids hate the taste of pumpkin. I love that this has no eggs… my daughter is allergic.
