Wow, I can hardly believe that there are just 2 more days left in October. While I’ve been enjoying all the beautiful colors of fall, I’ve been doing some serious raking recently. This is definitely NOT my favorite outside chore but it must get done.
One of my favorite things about fall is that it’s pumpkin season. There’s just something about not only decorating with pumpkins but cooking with them as well. Pumpkins are just so versatile…..great in both sweet and savory dishes. With this in mind, we decided to feature 5 pumpkin recipes from last week’s party. Check them out!
Creamy Parmesan Pumpkin Soup from More Than a Mother of Three ∼ Glazed Pumpkin Spiced Scones from Moms Need to Know ∼ Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies from Platter Talk ∼ Pumpkin Overnight Oatmeal from Saving with Shellie ∼ Pumpkin Pie Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce from Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom
All of these recipes had me at “pumpkin”. They all look sssssooooo good! I think I’ll start my day off with some overnight oatmeal, have some soup for lunch with some scones, make some brownies to share with friends and make some bread pudding for (supper) dessert. Ha, now I don’t have to choose which to make first….I can enjoy them all in one day! Which recipe will be on the top of your “to try” list
