5 Easy Week Night Dinners & The Project Stash Link Party

Okay, are you totally crazy from all the “back to school” stuff?  All the “meet the teachers”, fall sports practices and games, start-up of activities like Cub/Girl/Boy Scouts and other time commitments that you just don’t have time for?  I don’t know about you, but often times, when the schedule gets hectic the quality of our meals suffer.  That’s why I’m so excited to share these 5 Easy Week Night Dinners from last week’s Project Stash.

30-Minute Chicken Carbonara Pot Pie ~ White Lights on Wednesday
Root Beer Pulled Chicken Sandwiches ~ Lou Lou Girls,
Croque Monsieur – Fried Ham and Cheese Sandwiches ~ The Pin Junkie
Skillet Enchilada Casserole ~ Miss Information
Caprese Style Mac and Cheese ~ Heather’s French Press

Don’t these all look absolutely delicious?  And, a bonus, I now have next week’s menu board already completed!  Woo Hoo!  If one of your recipes was featured, please grab some eye candy for your blog (featured button) and strut your stuff!
