Remember all the pumpkin spice goodies I picked up the other day? Today I broke out these Jet-Puffed Pumpkin Spice Mallows. Don’t these look amazing?
Well, when you think of making something yummy with marshmallows, what immediately comes to mind? You got it…rice krispy treats! They actually have a recipe on the back of the bag for making them in the microwave. I made mine on the stove. Here they are!
Don’t they look festive? The pumpkin spice flavor isn’t too over-the-top….I know you’ll love these! So, are you ready to make some yourself? Grab your apron and let’s go to the kitchen.
Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispy Treats
Ingredients:
- 1 package Pumpkin Spice Mallows
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil or butter (I use coconut oil)
- 5 cups Rice Krispy Cereal
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 individual package of Candy Corn White Chocolate M&Ms
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 pan and set aside.
In a large pot, over medium heat, melt the coconut oil or butter. Add the pumpkin spice mallows and stir continuously until melted. Remove from heat and working quickly, add the cereal and stir to coat. Then add the candy corn and mix. Pour the cereal mixture into your greased pan and press down. (Since this is sticky, I hold onto a piece of parchment paper when pressing down so my fingers don’t get all sticky). To with the M&M, pressing them down. Let your treats set for at least 1 hour. Cut into pieces and serve!
