Wow, the weather here is AH-MAZING. The humidity is low and the high is only supposed to get to 75 Degrees F. I can get used to this.
Anyway, I’m sure when August comes, the Dog Days of Summer will be here. So, here’s another grilling recipe for you so you can “Beat the Heat” by keeping it outside.
Tarragon Dilly Salmon (Grilled)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 to 2 lbs salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
Once your coals/grill is ready, place your salmon, skin side up onto a medium hot grill. Cover the grill and cook for approximately 20 minutes (brush on some marinade after 10 minutes or so). Your salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the grill and place on a serving platter.
I hope you enjoy this recipe. It’s truly yummy and easy.
