It’s April 4th and when I woke up this morning is was a cold 23 Degrees F! That’s the bad news. The good news is the predicted high will be 53 Degrees F. So, although spring is off to a sluggish start, it is trying to get here.
So, today I thought I’d cheer spring on. “How?” you ask. By making one of my go-to warm weather goodies: hummus! Now if you’ve never made hummus, it is super simple and trust me, if you like bean dip, you will LOVE this. Last summer I shared my this Spicy Hummus recipe with you. Today, I’ve put together a second recipe for Spicy Hummus that incorporates 4 of my favorite spices.
The only tools you need are a food processor, can opener, measuring spoons, measuring cups, and a spatula. If you used canned beans, you can have homemade hummus in 5 minutes! Are you ready? Let’s go!

I love hummus, but I’ve never made it myself. I’ve heard it’s sooo easy. Thanks for sharing at Pinworthy Projects.

Can you believe my local spice store and supermarkets didn’t have chipotle chillis or spice today? I might have to try and get it online so I can make this. Sounds delicious.

Believe it or not, I have never tried humus! Me thinks I will have to rectify that some day soon.
Thanks for sharing this to our Spring Fling link-up.
