Have you ever been to the grocery store and stumbled across a product that intrigues you so you toss it in your grocery cart? Then, when you’re putting your groceries away, you think, “Hmmmm. Now what will I do with this?” This happened to me recently. I was at Trader Joe’s and pick up this jar of deliciousness.
This is the Trader Joe brand of Biscoff Spread, “Europe’s alternative to peanut butter”. Everyone in my family tasted how yummy it is and then it just sat on the shelf. Then, I had my, “Aha” moment. My older son LOVES snickerdoodles so what if I used this cookie butter to make a snickerdoodle inspired snack mix?
It turned out GREAT! I just packaged up some to mail to my guy. It is super easy and takes almost no time to make. Let’s whip up some together!
Snickerdoodle Chex Mix
So, how did you like this “cinnamon” recipe? I’ll be sharing another recipe tomorrow that uses one or more of my favorite spices. Don’t forget about your chance to share your kitchen creations at my birthday party along with having a chance to win your own set of 6 wonderful spices.

Chex mix makes snickerdoodle muddy buddies now and im trying to figure out how to make it….it looks like they use powdered sugar not granulated and is there anything to use instead of the cookie butter?
