I’ve been sharing some last minute “Easter Gifts From the Kitchen” that you can squeeze in before tomorrow! Yesterday I shared Honey Whole Wheat Pretzels (Easter Style), Tie Dyed Rice Crispy Treats (Easter Style), and Chow Mein Noodle Candy Nests. Today I’m going to share a super easy recipe for Easter cookies that only need 4 ingredients: oil and eggs, of course, along with…
I was at Target when I saw these white chocolate m&ms and I immediately thought of those scrumptious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Not only are these cookies super easy and yummy, they do look Easter-y! Are you ready to whip up a batch? Here’s how!
4 Ingredient Easter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 package Funetti cake mix
2 eggs
1 package Easter m&ms (any flavor will work)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix the first three ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Using a spoon, stir in the m&ms (you don’t want to mix them with a mixer because this will crack your m&m’s beautiful candy shell.)
Drop your dough by heaping teaspoons onto a greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Enjoy!
See, super easy! And these would be easy to adapt for other holidays!
