Anyway, when I opened up my package, I was blown away. I received two packages of each of their amazing flavors: pumpkin seed (w/rye), almond (w/raisins), and hazelnut (with figs). See?
My parents were visiting over the July 4th holiday and so we decided to have a cheese and cracker party to try out these delights. The cheeses we enjoyed included: mild cheddar, smoked cheddar, cardobes (a young manchengo) , habenaro jack, mascarpone, and saint angel (brie). What a delight. The crackers are thin and crispy and complement cheese beautifully. They seem to be baked twice similar to biscotti.
You can purchase your own crackers at www.igourmet.com. But, enter the raffle below for a chance to receive your own sampler to try! The raffle closes on July 17!
